Hi, I'm Kevin!

I'm just your everyday Joe, except my name's Kevin, and I have a passion for technology and a love for art. Those 2 combined have shaped my entire being and existence. I've been developing websites for about 12 years now, while simultaneously honing my graphic design skills for the last 8. While most of the work I do is on a freelance basis, I have contracted with several agencies in Central Pennsylvania and have worked remotely on projects with developers all over the world.

  • I am an HTML & CSS ninja
  • My Photoshop abilities have elevated me to wizard status
  • I believe in the power of Social Networking

When I'm not creating new and exciting websites and taking awesome photographs, you can find me bleeding Phillies red and Eagles green!

My Tutorial on DIY Photography

I've also been a fan of making things myself rather than paying for the retail version. Very much a do-it-yourself'er. This doesn't change in my photography and as I venture into video it plays a large part. As I keep adding equipment to my arsenal, my original case became too small and the hunt for a large case began.

I checked the usual stores, checked some online stores, did my research and decided to just make my own. When I played Paintball as a kid I had this hard metal case that came perforated foam inserts that you could remove and shape into different compartments. The idea worked great and always protected my gun so I knew instantly it had to work for my gear too. This time for the metal case I use a carry-on suitcase made of hard plastic and just happen to stand on 4 swivel wheels to top it off! Check out the rest of the tutorial and you'll see what came about!

Brand New Website

After slacking off for the better part of the 2010, I have decided that it's finally time I put up a website that showcases my work, not only effectively and efficiently, but attractively as well. The new website features a little bit of everything, in a big way. The blog is not lost, or you wouldn't be reading this, but it's slimmed down into a neater format. I will keep my postings related to my work and related topics. The portfolio has been rebuilt from the floor up and is better than ever. Showing off my photography, graphic design and web development in a beautiful and easy to use manner. You can even filter out what you want to see, removing the items you are not interested in!

I really hope everybody enjoys the new site and I encourage every one of you to drop me a line and let me know what you think! Don't forget to keep checking back as I will start offering specials on my photography services beginning August 1st!

Our Love is Eternal

When you think back on your life and try to pick a single day that was the absolute best, it can be a daunting task for some people. If you have asked me that question up until now, I would not have an honest answer, and after much deliberation, the answer I would give would probably be wrong. I am thankful now that I can give an honest answer when I say that today is the best day of my life. My wife and I tied the knot and made it all official with an extra special ceremony and a reception that I could have only dreamed of!
